• To manage resources to finance, to develop and to execute projects of planning, study and promotion, that contributes to the recovery of Metropolitan Granada Urban Area.

• To display concrete proposals of performance before the diverse calls of the CE being based on parameters of accessibility, mobility, communication, transport, environment and sustainable urban development.
